User Profile Management

Steps to manage user profiles and credentials in Shasta Cloud: update profile details, upload a photo, change passwords with specific requirements, and ensure security by logging out after changes.

Prerequisites

  • Login to the Shasta Cloud Portal


Managing user Profile Settings

Step-1: Navigate to the top right of any page that you are in Shasta Cloud and click the Logged in User Profile Favicon.


Click “Profile

 

Step-2: Enter required details

Upload a Profile photo that could update on the Favicon.

Step-3: Confirm “Save Changes”. A confirmation message will appear.

The changes will immediately take effect.


User credentials Management

Step-1: Navigate to the top right of any page that you are in Shasta Cloud and click the Logged in User Profile Favicon.

Click “Profile


Step-2: Click “Security

Update the revised credentials, following the Guidelines provided and confirm “Change Password” The changes will take effect effectively. User can continue to use the session. For better security, please Log Out and login again.

Update the credentials as per the provided guidelines and confirm by selecting "Change Password".

The changes will be applied immediately, allowing the user to continue their session. However, for enhanced security, it is recommended to log out and sign in again.

Password Requirements

  • Must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Must have 1 uppercase letter.
  • Must have 1 special character (!@#$%^&*).
  • Must have 1 lowercase letter.
