The firmware upgrade listing shows the date and time from which the entire schedule is started in the time zone of the person viewing the listing.

Other Improvements

  • Demo device - infrastructure added with invalid MAC address will be treated as a demo device (excluded from firmware upgrade, reports & other functions)
  • Support ticket comments - sorted by newest on top
  • Ability to re-run all failed firmware updates in updates section (Internal case #997)
  • Networks - ability to limit a network to specific band as well “hide” SSID

Fixed issues:

  • Intermittent clients disconnect issues - WiFi5 Intel (7260) client, after 30+ minutes, IP traffic stops working, requiring end user to disconnect and re-connect (Internal Case #501)
  • Inconsistent infrastructure state information - online infra being shown as "Pending" / "Offline" (Internal case #1133)
  • Firmware Upgrade - "Success" being shown even before firmware upgrade is finished on access point (Internal case #596)
  • Firmware Version not consistently displayed in AP details (case #148)

Note: 100+ additional internal issues have been worked on as part of this release.

Known issues:

  1. 6GHz (early access), not all authentication and encryption options are supported on the UI, validated needs to be improved on the UI.
  2. Missing Band on WF-196 AP Detail Page (Case #71)
  3. RF profile - provide an option to enable / disable a Wi-Fi Frequency Band - to be applied across all networks on that AP (Internal case #796)
  4. When all network types are setup on a single AP (PSK2, PSK3, SAE, Open, MSPK) the 5GHz SSIDs are not being broadcasted by an Edgecore EAP102 AP with Release 1.3 Firmware (Internal case #945)
  5. Activation of any MPSK AAA network resulting in radios not coming up (thus affecting other network types as well) -(Internal case #1271)
