Following are the steps to view the status of updates:
Step 1: Select Infrastructure from the left pane menu.
Step 2: Click on Updates, and view the right side of the screen
The above dashboard shows a pie chart of the status of the various schedules and the status of the schedules.
Following could be inferred about the various status that is displayed.
Up to Date -> The update went normal, and all the venues scheduled have completed the upgrade and up to date.
In Progress -> A scheduled upgrade has started and is in progress.
Failed -> The upgrade scheduled has failed.
Scheduled -> Upgrade has been scheduled.
Hotfix -> This means that a hotfix has been rolled out
Never Connected -> This represents those access points or switches that never connected and for which a schedule was created.
Outdated -> This means that the software in one or more of the infrastruc is outdated.
Step 3: To know further about the status of the updates scheduled, completed and other status, proceed below the page and find the details similar to below.
