Overview

In a modern Network environment, real-time visibility and proactive management are essential for ensuring seamless network operations. The Shasta Cloud Dashboard serves as a centralized panel that provides a holistic view of network health, connectivity, performance, and alerts—all in one place.

This dashboard is designed to simplify network monitoring and troubleshooting by offering key insights into Active Alarms, Online Infrastructure, Firmware Status, Wireless Clients, Site Alarms, and Historical Trends. By leveraging this data-driven approach, administrators can make informed decisions, enhance network reliability, and maintain an optimal user experience.

Network and Deployment View

  1. Left Menu - For navigation assistance
  2. Status bar - Vital information such Alarms, Infrastructure availability, Firmware upgrade
  3. Site Alarms - Information brief of various alarms grouped by MSP.
  4. Historical Trend Charts - Historical Trends (with selectable period) for Alarms, Online infrastructure, Network throughput and Connected Wireless Clients.

Business View

In the Business view, the data remains largely the same, except that the Status Bar is replaced with Organization and Site Statistics, and Historical Trends are not included.

          For optimal display of Shasta UI, please use change screen resolution to 1280 (width) x X(Height) or higher.

A: No, the various elements in the dashboards are not replaceable or hide-able elements now.

Q: Can i go lower than the recommended resolution of 1280 (width) x X(Height)?

A: Yes, you can go below the recommended resolution by choosing to continue with the alternative resolution instead.
