How to bulk import an Infrastructure?

Step 1: Select Infrastructure from the left pane menu.

Step 2: Click on Import

Step 3: Click the link below noted that reads "Click here to download sample file". This will download a file named Template.xlsx.

Step 4:  Open the excel file, and fill in the information of Infrastructure name, Serial number, Device type and venue name in various rows. The Venue name and Device Type are dropdown fields, whose list values are auto populated as a list based on your configured venues.

Save the excel file once completed with your configurations filled.

Step 5:  Drag or drop the file or click to select the file in the box area as seen below. Press "Next"

Step 6: Preview the import to make sure the Status shows Green OK indicators. Press Finish if you are confirmed to proceed bulk import.

Step 7: The import begins to start and upon completion, you get the success/failure message with count of the imports performed under success or failed category.
