How to create a new network and assign it to the venue?

Follow below steps to create a new network and assign it to the venue:

Step 1: From Left menu, select ‘Networks’.

Step 2: Click on ‘Add’ button at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Enter the details of the network. In case of assistance you may use the help hints that are placed besides the text box fields.

Step 4: Once the Authentication and Network Settings details are filled, proceed towards making selections of the bands, hiding of the SSID, 802.1k neighbor reporting, Client steering

Step 5: On the next screen for association to a venue OR at a individual AP level the network, you can choose a venue the top level or fine grained selection to an individual AP by expanding or using the Search feature box along with filters above the table. Click on ‘Complete’ button after making your selection of infrastructure to the new network.

Congratulations! You are now done creating a new network and making an association of it to your Shasta Infrastructure.
